Transparency at the foundation buffet. As we carry the AMA gastronomic seal of quality, we also guarantee that we serve regional dishes that are prepared with Austrian raw products. In detail, this means that the origin of our products such as meat, milk, eggs, fruit and vegetables as well as game and fresh-water fish can be verified.
